Tyler's first day of school!! He was so excited to go to school, it couldn't come fast enough. He even had to go with his crutches and cast. But he did great getting around. He found his locker and put his backpack in it and went to his classroom. He didn't even flinch to say good bye to Mom.
We are working on learning to read, and it is proving to be quite patience taking!!! Congrats to all those who have already gone through it and both child and parent survived!!! What a challenge. Mom had to give the analogy of making cookies to get Tyler to understand to put the letters together to make a word. Then of course Dad was home and he decided he would just make some cookies. And they rocked!!! I can't make chocolate chip cookies, but Aunt Joanna does awesome cookies and so does Daddy.
